Contact inquiries
When delivery is enabled, the form collects your name, email, optional organization, area of interest, message, and privacy acknowledgment. These details are emailed to the configured recipient to respond to your inquiry. This plugin does not maintain a separate inquiry database.
Technical records and cookies
The deployed hosting service may keep access and error logs. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. The LuSaur public interface does not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or cross-site tracking. Fonts, imagery, and interaction scripts are served locally.
Spam protection and retention
An enabled form uses a short-lived, salted hash of the network address to limit repeated submissions. The hash and attempt count expire after ten minutes. Actual email and server-log retention depend on the operating company and hosting provider; confirm those arrangements before publication.
Third parties
Mail delivery and hosting providers may process data to operate the site. Other installed WordPress plugins may have their own behavior. Links to external websites are governed by those services’ notices.

Use the contact page for privacy questions once delivery is enabled. This notice should be updated when the site’s actual data practices change.
